Arriving to the Conference Hotel

The hotel is located on a peninsula near Aghia Pelaghia Village about 2 km off the National Highway. It is 20 km or approximately 20 minutes from the Heraklion airport to the hotel. Taxies and public bus transportation are available from the airport.

Hotel Reservations

Please note—you will register directly with the hotel via this form. We have reserved a block of 200 rooms for the hotel until 1 April 2005. April 1, the remaining rooms will be released to the public. If you want to come early or extend your stay after the conference, the same conference rates apply.

The hotel rate is based on double occupancy and includes room and board (breakfast and dinner). You may buy lunch from the hotel at the discounted price, 12 Euros. This is a special rate given to PECS-VI and is considerably less than commercially available rates at the hotel. You are responsible for paying extra expenses such as telephone calls or room service.

Your registration fee guarantees your presence at the PECS-VI Symposium and pays for the welcoming reception, the conference banquet, and refreshments served during breaks. Guests are requested to pay 60 Euros to defray the costs of the welcoming reception and the conference banquet.

If your hotel dates change, please contact the hotel directly. The rates we quoted you are special rates, because we guaranteed a specific number of rooms.
